What happens at year end tax time?
No need to worry with year-end tax season stress. We will work directly with your CPA and get them the financial statements they need to properly file your company’s taxes.
Is virtual bookkeeping safe?
We partner with Quickbooks™ and Xero™, you can review their security measures by clicking the above links. Additionally, KDM Bookkeeping leverages the user access controls built into these systems to ensure proper segregation of duties, roles and responsibilities. All KDM employees and contractors are subject to financial and criminal background checks.
How does virtual bookkeeping services work?
- We use secure cloud based software that enables your team and ours to access the system online from most devices (PC, smart phone, tablet). Whether you are in office, traveling for work, home, or on the go using the convenient phone app you will be able to access your financial information as long as you have an Internet connection.
- Source Documents: We use Hubdoc to send receipts. You can either take a picture with your phone or email it directly to your dedicated email address or you can scan and email from a computer. Once your receipts are uploaded there is no need to keep the paper receipt.
- If we have questions with a certain transaction, then we will reach out to clear things up within a few days. We’ve found that waiting until the end of the month to ask questions makes it difficult for everyone.
